- Get 1 beetroot(grated)
- Get 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
- Take 1 green chilli(slit)
- You need 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

- Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- You need 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- Get 1/2 tsp amchur(dry mango) powder
- You need 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Use 3 tsp oil
Instructions to make Beetroot paratha:
- Collects the ingredients. Grate beetroot.
- Take a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, green chilli. Saute well.
- Add grated beetroot, 1/2 tsp salt, saute for 2 mins.
- Add 2 tbsp water. Cover with the lid. Cook for 5 mins. Turn off the flame. Let it cool down.
- Take it out in a blender jar, blend it.
- Take a bowl, add wheat flour, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder, carom seeds. Mix well. Add beetroot paste.

- Take medium sized ball from the dough. Dust it with flour. Roll it slighty thick.
