Cook till the moisture goes off, and add coriander leaves. Give a good mix & put this in the refrigerator for 10 mins to quickly cool it down.
  5. Now mix the corn flour with little water to make the slury. Take out stuffing & give shape of small balls. Dip in cornflour mixture & coat gently with bread crumbs.
  6. Keep all these coated balls in freezer for at least 10-15 mins. This step is important to get the super crispy chops.
  7. Heat the appe pan, add few drops of oil in each holes. Put these chops, cook for 5-6 mins, turn the chops and gain add 1-2 drops of oil. Cook till crispy.
