  1. Use 2 medium diced Potatoes
  2. Provide 1 cup sliced onions
  3. Get 1 cup sliced cabbage
  4. Provide 1 1/4 cup gram flour

  2. Add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and Baking soda in it.
  3. Add water as required to make pakora mixture. Not to thin. It must be thick.
  4. Heat up oil and put one by one tbls to make pakora. On medium heat fry all Pakoras golden brown from all sides.
  5. Pakoray is ready serve with any Chutni.
