  1. Get 750 g chicken thigh fillet, 3cm pieces
  2. Provide 1/3 cup caster sugar
  3. Take 2 small red chillies, sliced
  4. You need 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  5. Get 1 Tbsp minced ginger
  6. Use 1 Tbsp fish sauce
  7. Take 1 bunch baby bok choy
  8. Take 1 head broccoli, into small pieces
  9. Provide 1 cup raw unsalted cashews
  10. Get Vegetable oil for frying

  12. Prepare Sliced green onion to serve

  1. Prep veggies- broccoli, snow peas & baby bok choy together. - Green onions in a separate bowl.
