- Prepare 400 gms paneer

- Cut the vegetables, cut paneer into small cubes,and mushroom also into small pieces keep aside
- Keep Kadai on gas pour 2tbsp oil heat itand fry the onions till golden brown.
- When onion is done add capsicum fry for few minutesAnd add coriander cumin powder and toss it nicely
- When capsicum is half cooked add cut mushroom fry for few minsAnd add garam masala powder stir it nicely
