- After 2 hours heat oil and shallow fry fish for both side.
- In A pan heat oil then add tomatoes and all spices when tomatoes turn soft add all vegetables and chickpeas and cook for 10 to 15 minutes after 15 minutes add 2 cup of water when water boils add shaped Dhokra to cook after 30 to 35 minutes check when Dhokra softens turn off the flame and serve it with fried fish
