- Ab mash Potato ko isme dalkar achhe se mix kar,isme thoda salt & chopped Coriander dalkar mix karein
- Ab iski medium size ki tikki bana kar fridge me 1/2 an hour ke liye set hone rakhe
- Singhare ke aate me thoda rock SALT & water dalkar thin batter ban le,ab ek ek tikki ko isme dip kar,makhane ke powder me achhe se cover kar plate me rakhte jaye
- Pan me ghee garamkar tikki ko Dono side se golden brown fry karein
- Dip ke liye curd ko achhe se mix kar isme sugar, rock salt & jeera powder add kar mix karein & garama - garamtikki ke sath serve karein
