  13. Get 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  14. Use 1/4 cup Schezwan sauce
  15. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder

  1. Arrange all ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add chopped onions, saute until translucent. Add garlic paste. Saute it. Add tomatoes, beetroot, cabbage, mashed potatoes & green chillies. Saute all for 4-5 minutes. Add salt & red chilli powder. Mix well. Add schezwan sauce in it. Mix properly. Switch off gas. Keep it aside.
  3. Add maida, curd & salt in a bowl. Add required water for thin batter. Keep it aside for 1/2 hour.
