- You need 1 cup Semolina
- You need 1/2 cup Curd

- In a bowl add curd in semolina and mix it properly,it is lump free if you want water then add little water and keep it for 15 minutes.
- Now add beetroot paste,chilli paste,ginger paste,salt,oil in semolina and curd mixture,mix it properly
- Get steamer ready and grease the plate.
- When water starts boiling add eno into the dhokla batter and immediately pour this mixture in the greased plate.
- Steam for 20 minutes.
- Don't take out dhokla from the plate immediately…
- Raste for 10 minutes,now remove dhokla from plate and transfer into the serving plate.
- For tempering in small kadhaie add oil,let it hot then add mustard seeds,sesame seeds,green chilli,curry leaves.
