  1. Mix all the ingredients and make little soft dough by adding water as per need. Rest the dough for 5 minutes
  2. Now place a wet cloth on the rolling board. Now take small ball of the dough and gently press it out on the cloth using hands into medium sized paratha shape. Make holes in between to help it cook properly and quickly.
  3. Now using cloth tilt it on a heated tawa. Add little oil in the holes and around. Cover and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook the other side similarly.
