Instructions to make Hara bhara kadubu:
  1. For stuffing:- take a pan add sufficient amount of water, add chana daal, chopped carrot, beans boil it for 5min.strain it and put aside.
  2. Take a kadai add 2 tbs oil, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp udad daal, 1/2tsp mustard seeds, and add curry leaves, let them sizzer, then add boiled chana daal, carrot, and beans, add salt, grated coconut, and chopped chillies, mix well and cook it for 3 to 4 min on me medium flame, keep this stuffing aside
  3. For green chutney take grinder jar add coriander leaves, jeera, green chillies ginger, grind it to a fine paste.
  4. For outer cover :- take 2 cup water in a sauce pan, add salt to it, bring it to boil, add 2 cup rice flour in it, mix well, cover this mixture with lid and let it cool. After cooling this mixture add green chutney that we made, kneat the rice dough well.
  5. Now grease your plam with oil, take small portion from rice dough, make a ball, put this ball on greased polythene, cover this ball with another polythene, make small chapati by rolling it, add 2 tsp stuffing on rice chapati, make a gujiya or kudubu shape, press the edges with fingers,
  6. Make all the kadubu like same way
  7. Now steam all these kadubu in steamer for 8 to 10 mint. Let it cool.
