- STEP 1:- Take a bowl, add Rava,curd salt, sugar,and baking powder and mix well.make a smooth batter and rest it for 15 minutes.
- STEP 2:- Heat a non-stick pan with oil.add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, add chopped onion and saute till it turns translucent.Add the mashed potato and mix it well with onion. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander leaves, kasuri methi, salt sugar and mix it well. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down. Make medium size potato Patty and keep aside.
- STEP 3:- Heat a non-stick pan and brush with some butter.pour a ladle of batter in it and spread into a small pancake.put the lid on for 1min.
- Take the lid out.now place one potato Patty in the centre of the pancake.
- Again take a ladle of batter and pour on the potato Patty and swirl it to form a 2nd layer of pancake (like sandwich).put the lid on for 1min
- Remove the lid and flip the pancake to other side.cook it for 30sec.
- Transfer the pancake into a plate and grease with little butter.
