- Prepare 200 gms ladyfingers(small variety)lady fingers
- You need 1 tbsp oil
- You need 1 pinch asafoetida
- Provide For stuffing mixture
- Get 1/2 cup grated coconut
- You need 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Provide 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Provide 2 tbsp dhania jeera powder
- Use 1 tsp garam masala

- Wash and pat dry ladyfingers (bhindi).Remove both ends..slit into half.. carefully.

- Cover and cook in microwave at 80 power level for 4-5 mins. Let it cool for few minutes. Serve hot Bhindi Sambhariya garnishing with grated coconut & chopped fresh coriander leaves.
