  1. Take 1/2 cup moong-masoor dal
  2. Provide 1 cup rice
  3. You need 1 finely chopped onion

  2. Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste, then add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and fry it well.
  3. Then add dal and water and boil it for 5-10 minutes on medium to low flame. Now add rice and water in the cooker, and cover the cooker. Cook it for 5-10 minutes on high to low flame. - - - Khichdi is ready to serve. Enjoy with green chilli and pickle.
