  1. Get 1 cup Rava
  2. Provide 1/2 cup All-purpose flour /wheat flour
  3. Provide 1/2 cup Curd
  4. Provide 1/2 cup Water
  5. Use 1/4 cup Beetroot(grated)
  6. Get 1/4 cup Carrot (grated)
  7. Take 1 Green chilli (chopped)
  8. Get 5-6 Curry leaves
  9. You need 2 tsp Coriander leaves (optional)

  12. Prepare 3 tsp Oil
Instructions to make Beetroot Rava Uttapam:
  1. Firstly in a large bowl take rava, flour, curd and salt mix well,combine beetroot, carrot,green chilli, curry leaves, coriander and mixwell till smooth without any lumps.
  2. Cover and let batter rest for 10-15mins. After 15mins add cooking soda and mix the batter very well.
  3. Heat the tawa, spread some oil on the tawa and pour the dosa batter. Cook on a medium flame. Make one by one and serve with any coconut chutney,podi or samber of your choice. Thank you
