- Prepare 1 medium beetroot
- Get 2 green chillies
- Use 3/4 cup water

- Grind oats in mixer to make oats flour. Transfer in mixing bowl. Also add wheat flour in it.
- Wash,peel and grate beetroot. Grind in mixer grinder with green chillies, little water to make puree
- Add cummin seeds, chopped coriander leaves,salt, curd to oats- wheat flour mixture. Mix well. Add prepared beetroot puree. Add enough water to make medium- thick dosa batter. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat Dosa tawa. Grease with oil. Wipe the tawa. Pour 1 serving spoon of oats- beetroot dosa batter in center. Spread in circular motion toward edge of tawa to make round dosa. Sprinkle little oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Flip and cook for 2-3 minutes. Similarly prepare all.
