The ingredients needed to cook Dhanu Muan:
  1. You need 250 gm Fried paddy (khai / lia)
  2. You need 400 gm jaggery (gud)
  3. Provide 1 tsp carom seeds
  4. Take 1/2 cup dry coconut chopped
  5. Provide 2 tsp ghee
  6. Prepare 1 tray or a cake baking tin

  1. Heat a heavy base bottom pan and add jaggery
  2. When jaggery melt then add coconut, carom seeds and peanuts
