  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cup oats
  2. Get 1 tsp tutti frutti
  3. Use 1 tbsp cashew chopped
  4. Use 1 tsp raisin chopped
  5. Provide 3/4 tsp baking soda
  6. Get 1 tsp baking powder
  7. Take 1 cup milk
