  4. For Chana: Soak chana for 4-5 hours.Then pressure cook them for 3-4 whistle.

  6. Heat oil in saucepan.Add cuminseeds and fry little,then add the ground paste and fry till it leaves the oil.Then add all the dry masalas and mix well.
  7. Add boiled chana and mix well.Cook for 10mins on low flame,so that all the masalas will blend with chana and becomes dry.Add little water if required.once it is done remoce from flame and serve with puri.
  8. Kheer: Heat ghee in pan and roast cashew nuts and keep it aside.Then roast sevai and keep it aside.
  9. Boil milk in a saucepan.Once it boils add sevai and mix well.Cook till the sevai become soft. Then add sugar and mix.Add the fried cashew nuts and cardamon powder and switch off the flame.Garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot with puri and chana.
