- You need 250 gm Wheat flour

- Firstly take a pan for sugar syrup. Pour water and sugar in the pan and cook for 5 min. In sugar syrup put milk & cardamom. Make thin sugar syrup.
- Now take a bowl pour flour, malai, cardamon & water mix it. Mix some milk in this mixture and make a creamy texture, beat it 5 min in ur hand, spoon or blender. Now put a side.
- Take a frying pan and pour some desi ghee in pan, heat them. Now take a big spoon and pour some mixture into ghee. Flame is normal. Turn it and fry both sides golden brown.
