- You need 2 cups cucumber grated , unpeeled
- Provide 1 cup semolina fine

- Prepare 1/8 teaspoon clove roasted powder

- In a deep nonstick pan roast semolina with ghee on a low medium flame till it changes its colour.
- Lower the flame and add cucumber, jaggery. Mix well till jaggery is melted.
- Add cardamom powder, clove powder and charoli seeds and give it a stir to mix spices well.
- Cover the pan and make flame on low to let it cook for 20-25 mins.
- When almost done you can check if the of the cake sides is brown or by inserting a toothpick if it comes out clean.
- Oven Method: Preheat the oven.
- After step 4, grease a cake tin with ghee and pour the mixture
- Bake on 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Check by inserting a toothpick if it comes out clean.
- Serve warm.
