- Provide 1 cup semolina
- Prepare 2-21/5 cup milk /water / both
- Use 3/4 cup Ghee
- Take 5-6 saffron strands soaked in milk
- Get 3/4 cup Sugar
- You need 1 ripe banana (optional)
- You need 1/2 tspn cardamom powder
- Take 1 tbspn Mixed dry fruits
Instructions to make Suji Halwa (Prashad special):
- Take one cup semolina,seive it and clean it properly.
- Heat ghee in kadhai, add semolina in it and roast it continuously.
- Roast it till it's become golden brown and starts fragrant.
