  1. Provide 3 cups reduced milk
  2. Take 1/4 cup wheat daliya
  3. Use 1 1/2 tbsp clarified butter/ghee
  4. Prepare 1 cup water
  5. Prepare 1 pinch salt
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup sugar
  7. Provide 3 cups thickened milk
  8. Use 5 cashews fried and chopped
