- Take For Dry ingredients-
- Use 1 3/4 cups Wheat flour
- Get 1 tablespoon Baking powder

- Use 1 cup Ghee
- Get 1 cup Powdered Jaggery

- Preheat oven @160°c. Grease and line, 2 medium loaf tins or 7 inch round cake tin.
- Sieve flour, cardamom powder, baking soda and baking powder.
- Beat ghee with jaggery powder until fluffy.
- Add milk powder to the ghee mixture and beat again for few seconds.
- Add in the milk (not all at once) only half at first.
- Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture in 2-3 portions and mix by cutting and folding.
- Add rest of the milk only if required. Once everything looks combined pour in the prepared tins and bake.
- Check by inserting a skewer or toothpick in the centre, If it comes out clean the cake is done.
