The ingredients needed to prepare Masala papad:
- Get as nedded Any masala papad or lijjat papad
- Take 1 onions chopped
- Provide 1 tomatoes chopped red juicy small
- Provide 1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped

- Mix all the ingredients except papad.masala filling is ready.
- Roast papad.i roast in microwave..or else on tawa just place on hot tawa on low flame and press it with the help of a cloth like we do for chapathi. cook both sides. let it cool it will be crisp qithin 2 to 3 mins
- The other way i do is shape the papads in cone shape when it's still hot..hold a kitchen towel in your left hand and shape as soon as you take it out from the tava..
