  1. Boil the raw banana in pressure cooker with sufficient water. After 2-3 whistle off the flame. After releasing the steam open the lid and peel the raw banana.
  2. In a bowl take water chestnut flour and boiled banana and make a dough.cover and set aside for 2 minutes.
  3. Grease your hand and the sev mould with oil.place the dough in the sev maker.heat sufficient oil in the deep frying pan. Press and squeeze the mould over the pan to make sev on medium heat.
  4. When the sev comes on the surface of oil then turn the side and cook from both the sides till golden in colour. Drain the sev on paper napkin to absorb the excess oil. Roughly crushed the sev to make small pieces.
  5. Deep fry also peanuts, makhana,Badam, cashew and muskmelon seeds one by one and drain on paper napkin.
  6. Now take everything in a big bowl and add all spices and mix everything together. Cool down on room temperature and keep it in airtight container.
