- Sev- half cup besan laker, usme haldi, salt,aamchoor,or red chillies add kerke dough ready kerke tight sa sev tod le kadae mein.
- Deep fry crashed potatoes till it became crunchy and stir in chalni
- Mix all ingredients in a big bowl and add all spices. Keep it open for 2-3 hr till it cool down. After that keep it in airtight containers for up to 2 months.
