The ingredients needed to prepare Whole Wheat Jaggery Cake:
- Use 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- Use 1 Cup grated jaggery
- You need 1 Cup Curd
- You need 1 Cup Cooking oil
- Get 1 table spoon Coco Powder
- Prepare 1 teaspoon baking powder
- You need 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Take 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder(dalchini)
- Take 1 table spoon Raisins (kishmish)
- Get 1 table spoon chopped Almonds(badam)
- Take 2-3 table spoon milk (if required more)

- First press heat the oven
- Take wheat flour, baking powder baking soda, coco powder and cinnamon powder in a seiver and seive it twice.
- In a mixing bowl take oil and jaggery powder mix and beat well with beater till fluffy
- Once jaggery melts and it is fluffy add curd and beat till fluffy
- Now slowly slowly add little little flour and mix with spatula by cut and fold method
- Once you add all the flour mix if required add milk
- Check the consistency
- Pour it into greesed cake tin
- Bake it at 180 for 35-40 mins
- Check with tooth pick, if it comes neatly then let the cake cool on rack.
- Don't take it out immediately after done.
