- Prepare 3 Potatoes boiled mashed
- Provide 2 Eggs
- Prepare 1 Cup boiled Macaronis
- Provide 1 Cup boiled and shredded Chicken
- Get 1 small Carrot grated
- Use Half Capsicum Chopped
- Take 1 medium Onion chopped
- You need 2 Green chillies chopped
- Use 3 tbspn Fresh Coriander Chopped
- Use 2 tbspn Breadcrumbs for mixture
- Provide Breadcrumbs for coating as required
- You need 3 tbspn Mayonnaise
- Get 2 tbspn Soya sauce
- Prepare 2 tbspn Chili sauce
- Take 1 tbspn Vinegar
- You need 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- Use 1 tsp Tikka masala
- Provide 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Take 1 tsp roasted crushed Coriander
- You need 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Provide 1 / tsp Red Chili powder
- Prepare Oil
Steps to make Vegetable, Chicken and Macaroni Kabab:
- Beat egg, pinch of salt and pinch of black pepper in small bowl until blended. Ready all ingredients and put on a table.
- Now in a large bowl add boiled Potatoes, boiled macaroni, chopped capsicum,grated carrot, and chopped onion mix well.
- Now add salt,tikka masala,red chilli powder, crushed coriander, Cumin seeds, black pepper powder and mix.
- Now add chopped fresh coriander and chopped green chillies.
- Add mayonnaise, Soya sauce,Vinegar and red chilli sauce and mix.
- Add 2 tbspn Breadcrumbs.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kabab of equal sizes (makes 12) then coat in egg and breadcrumbs.
- In frying pan,add oil and fry kababs from both sides until golden brown.
