- You need 250 grams Full fat ricotta cheese
- Provide 125 ml Milk (semi-skimmed or whole)
- Take 2 Eggs, separated
- Prepare 100 grams Flour

- Sift the flour with baking powder and salt

- Heat a frying pan on medium and add some butter
