- Boil potato with some water and salt.. whistle it… Peel it and messed it. And keep aside..
- Boil chicken with 1 cup water, 1tsp oil, 1-2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt,2 tbsp of chicken tikka masala..whistle it…take rest for 5 to 10 min…after divide chicken and little bit of chicken masala..
- Do rehsas of the chicken…and keep aside
- In a cooker some masala are remain…in this masala now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, sehzwan chutney, cumin powder, garam masala powder, lemon, and salt as per taste, mix it very well.
- Cook this masala for 2 min.
- Now add chicken into it..and mix very well again…cook till water completely burn..turn off the flame…now give smocky flavour by coal..
- In a bowl add Messed potato, above thick chicken gravy, some coriander leaves, mix it well.
- Now shape like cutlet,. After dip cutlet into a thick corn flour slurry, after dip into a bread crumbs,, take rest for 5-10 min
- For fry :- heat the oil in a pan.and fry till cutlet become golden brown..
