  1. Provide 250 gm palak
  2. Prepare 100 gm paneer
  3. You need 1 onion
  4. Provide 1 inch ginger
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp cornflour
  6. You need 2 green chilli
  7. Use 2 tbsp kaju paste
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp khus khus / poppy paste
  9. Use 1/2 cup milk
  10. Take 3 tbsp curd
  11. You need 1/2 tsp salt
  12. Prepare 1 tsp kasuri methi
  13. Provide 1 cup oil for frying
  14. Get 1 tbsp ghee
Instructions to make Shaam Savera:
  1. Make onion paste
  2. Make ginger and green chilli paste
  3. Blanch palak.. strain…and mash
  4. Add salt and cornflour in palak
  5. Crumble paneer and add salt and make small balls from it
  6. Take portion of palak flatten it and keep paneer ball in between and cover it from all sides
  7. Heat oil and deep fry all paneer stuff palak balls..Kofta is ready
  8. For gravy heat ghee in a wok and add onion paste and cook till oil separate
  9. Add ginger and chilli paste and cook couple of min
  10. Add khuskhus / poppy seeds paste and stir for few min than add curd in it and stir continuously
  11. Add milk and adjust the consistency
  12. Add salt and kasuri methi and let it simmer few min
  13. For serving put gravy in serving dish..cut kofta form middle and keep it in gravy plate
