  2. Get 500 gms Spinach leaves
  3. Take 2 tbsp Roasted gram flour

Instructions to make Shaam savera:
  1. Wash and chop spinach leaves.
  2. Blanch spinach / palak in a salted water for 2 mins. and drain it.
  3. Heat one tbsp oil in a pan.
  4. Add spinach and cook until water absorb it,add salt and roasted gram flour and mix well
  5. Grate the paneer and salt and make a ball.
  6. Flatten the spinach mixture and stuff the paneer balls very well,and coat with corn flour
  7. Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry the kofta two at a time.
  8. Now we make the gravy
  9. Heat butter in a pan
  10. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins
  11. Add sliced tomato and cook for 4 - 5 mins
  12. Turn off the flame.
  13. Once the tomato mixture cooled make a paste
  14. Heat butter in a pan.,add tomato paste,kasuri methi,kashmiri red chilli powder and all spices and cook for 5 - 6 mins.
  15. Add milk and half cup of water
  16. Once boiled turn off the flame.
  17. Before serving cut the kofta into two pieces and place in the hot gravy
