  1. Get 100 gm Basmati kheer rice
  2. Take 100gm nolen gur
  3. Prepare 1lit milk
  4. You need 1 cup desiccated coconut
  5. Use 4 tbsp Chopped dry fruits
  6. Provide 2 bay leaf
  7. Use 2 green cardamom

  2. Heat a pan add milk,bay leaf,& cardamom boiled it.when milk boiled add rice.when milk&rice started boiling seem the gas & cooked till the rice nicely cooked.

  4. Add coconut mix it well
  5. Add pinch of salt & chopped dry fruits mix it well.
  6. Nolen gur kheer is ready to serve.
