The ingredients needed to cook Spicy tikka bites:
  1. Get 250 gm semolina
  2. Provide 2 boiled potatoes
  3. You need 1 Big onion finely chopped
  4. Use 25 gm selantro
  5. Provide 2 tbsp Rice flour
  6. You need 2 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
  7. Use 3 cups water
  8. Prepare 2 tsp Chilli flakes
  9. Use 100 gm oil
  10. Provide to taste Salt
Instructions to make Spicy tikka bites:
  1. Take a frying pan and put 3 cups of water and warm it…now slowly put semolina in water while stirring the mixture… till the batter becomes thick…
  2. Now add chopped onions…and grated boiled potatoes… Now mix well on low flame… Now add salt as per taste…and 2 tsp chilli flakes… Along with chopped selantro… and mix well…
  3. Then turn off flame and let it cool little… now take the batter in a plate and add 2 tbsp rice flour in it… along with 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala…and mix them well… now take a tray and transfer the batter in it… and spread it flat and evenly…now keep the set in refrigerator for 1 hour…
  4. Now take out the set… and cut the mixture in your desired shape… now I take a pan and add some oil in it… and let it warm till it becomes Lukewarm… now slowly put your tikka bites in the pan…and shallow fry them…in medium flame… flip and fry until it becomes golden brown…
  5. Spicy tikka bites are ready… Serve them with tomato sauce or green coriander chutney….
