- Pour oil then add chopped onions and golden brown them then put them out of pan
- Then in the same pan add g. g paste
- Then add potato and broil them then add chopped slices of tomatoes
- The add Shan Bombay biryani masala and broil it well
- Then apply tandoori masala over chicken and mix then place it in the pan too. Then add bhuna masala and broil for 5 min

- Then layer of rice again and add half cup oil over it cover the cap of pan with news paper and put on dum for 5 to 6 minutes then serve
