  1. Use 500 gms chicken fillets
  2. Provide 2 tbsp lemon juice
  3. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Take 2 tbsp tikka masala
  5. Take 2 slices bread
  6. Use 1 onion chopped
  7. Get 2 potatoes boiled
  8. Prepare 3 tbsp water
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
  10. Use 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  11. You need 2-3 green chillies
  12. Provide 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. Get 1 tsp garam masala powder
  14. You need 1 tsp zeera roasted & crushed
  15. Provide to taste Salt

  17. Take 1/2 tsp haldi
Instructions to make Tikka Resha Kebabs:
  1. Marinate chicken in lemon juice, ginger garlic paste & tikka masala in all for 1 hour.
  2. Heat pan add oil & fry chicken fillets from both sides. - In between cover & cook will take approx 12-15 minutes. - Once cooked & cooled shred the fillets.
  3. In a bowl add bread slices, water, mix a mash well. - Add boiled potatoes, onion, mint & coriander leaves chopped, chopped green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, cumin, garam masala & mix all well. - Add shredded chicken & mix well.
  4. Wet/ grease hands, give shape & refrigerate for 30 minutes. - Dip in egg & fry until golden from both sides.
