- Provide For Paneer Sandwich
- Provide 200 gm paneer
- Take 2 medium size boiled potatoes
- Take 1/2 tsp kashuri methi
- Get 1/2 tsp haldi powder

- You need 1 tsp raisins
- Use 1 tsp chopped cashews

- You need 1/2 Chat masala powder

- Get 2 medium size onions
- Provide 2 medium size tomatoes
- Take 10-15 cashew
- Take 1 tsp green chilli, ginger and garlic paste
- You need 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Use 1 tsp Dhaniya jeera and garam masala powder
- You need 1/2 haldi powder
- Get to taste Salt
- Provide 1/2 cup cream
- You need 1/2 tsp kashuri methi
- Use 1 tsp dry coconut
- Use 1 tsp peanuts
- You need 4 tsp oil
- You need 1 tsp jeera
- Get Pinch hing
- Use For garnish with chopped coriander
Steps to make Stuffed Paneer Tikka Masala:
- In a frying pan take 4 tsp oil and add onion, tomatoes and cashew.
- Cook for 10 min in low flame.
- When tomatoes and onions soften, switch off the flame. Let the mixture become warm and cool down completely before you grind.
- Add cooked tomatoes, onion and cashew, kashuri methi, dry coconut and peanuts mixture with the water. Grind to a smooth paste.
- Stuffing paneer sandwich
- In a bowl add boiled potatoes, kashuri methi, salt, haldi powder, cashew, raisins, chat masala, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste and chopped coriander.
- Mix it well
- Slice the paneer
- Now place some of the stuffing on the paneer. Cover it with another slice.
- Make all paneer sandwiches with the filling this way.
- In a same pan add oil and shallow fry stuffed paneer. Cook for both side.
- In a pan add oil, jeera and hing.
- Now add green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Stir and sauté till raw aroma of ginger garlic goes away
- Now add onion, tomatoes paste. Cook for 10 min in low flame.
- Add all dry masala and cook for 1 to 2 min.
- Then add 1/2 cup of water. Stir very well. Cover it and cook for another 5 min.
- Then add cream and cook for 1 min. Gravy is ready.
- Now you can place the paneer in the garvy. Or else you can place them in a serving plate or bowl and pour the gravy from top as shown in the final pic.
- Finished with chopped coriander.
- Serve with roti, chapati, partha and pulao.
