The ingredients needed to prepare Aloo tikka masala:
- Prepare 7-8 boiled potatoes (medium size)
- Get 1 onion
- You need 2 tomatoes
- You need 1 capsicum

- You need 2 teaspoon oil

- Use 1 tablespoon roasted besan
- Use 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- Get 100 g coriander leaves
- Provide 50 g mint leaves
- Provide 2-3 green chillies
- Use 2-3 garlic cloves
- You need 1 small piece of ginger
- Provide 1/4 cup curd

- You need 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Instructions to make Aloo tikka masala:
- Boil potatoes in pressure cooker. Peel skin and cut into halves. (You can take baby potatoes also). Cut onion, tomato and capsicum into cubes.
- For green chutney:- grind all mentioned ingredients in mixer grinder. Add water if needed while grinding.
- For marination:- In a mixing bowl take oil. Add salt, chat masala, all mentioned spices, garlic and ginger paste and roasted besan. Mix well. Add hungcurd and mix well. (Add Kashmiri red chili powder for nice colour if you have).
- Add potatoes, onion, tomato and capsicum pieces. Mix gently. Cover with lid and let them marinate for 30-40 minutes. You should keep in fridge.
- After marination skew marinated potatoes, and veges in skewers. Heat nonstick grill pan. Apply some oil. Put prepared skewers, drizzle some oil and sprinkle chat masala on it. Cook till golden at all sides.
- Tempting potato tikka masala is ready to serve. Serve with green chutney.
