  1. You need 100 gm Basmati kheer rice
  2. Take 100gm nolen gur
  3. Prepare 1lit milk
  4. Provide 1 cup desiccated coconut
  5. Use 4 tbsp Chopped dry fruits

  7. Take 2 green cardamom

  2. Heat a pan add milk,bay leaf,& cardamom boiled it.when milk boiled add rice.when milk&rice started boiling seem the gas & cooked till the rice nicely cooked.
