  1. You need 1 cup boiled Green moong dal
  2. Get 1/2 ltr boiled milk
  3. Provide 50 gm grated Khoya /mawa (milk solid)
  4. Provide 2 tbsp Khajur Gud (Date Jaggery)
  5. Take 2 tsp / more Brown sugar (as per need)
  6. Get 1/3 tsp dry Ginger power (Sonth)
  7. Get 1 tbsp Coconut powder
  8. Get 1 tbsp Clarified butter (Deshi ghee)
  9. Take 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits
  10. You need 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  11. Provide 1 pinch salt

  1. Heat the Ghee in a wok. Fry the dry fruits in low medium flame. Remove and keep aside.
  2. To the remaining ghee in the wok add the green moong dal paste and fry for 2 minutes on low medium heat. - - Now add milk and mawa to the dal and keep stirring. - - Then add Jaggery and/or brown sugar and salt, Coconut powder and Sonth or dry Ginger powder.
