- Provide 1 cup rice
- Get Fresh tomatoes
- Take Fresh pepper
- Get Tin tomatoes
- Use Fresh mackerel fish

Instructions to make Rice and tomato stew:
- Blend your tomato and pepper and set on fire to steam so the water will be drained.
- Set a pot of water on fire, pour rice, allow to simmer for about 5mins and wash then pour back into the pour, add required water and a little salt and allow to cook till tender then bring down.
