- Provide 3 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce, or substitute
- Take 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Take 3 tsp Honey or agave syrup
- Prepare 1/4 cup Garlic powder
- Provide 2 tbsp White, untoasted sesame seeds (or to taste)

- Get 2 cup Whole wheat flour (or regular flour)
