- Ab ek alag brtan m oil. Daalein 5, 6 tbsp or us m. Sliced onions daal dein or golden krlein bhtt ziada brown nahi krni hai. Jab golden hwjaye tw us m tomatoes or chopped green chillies daal dein. Or dhak kar halki aanch par rakh dein.
- Jab tomatoes soft hwjaye tw us m red chilli powder daal dein iskw achay se bhoon kar ab is m. Chicken daal. Dein or mix krlein. Upar se podina chopped, lemon juice, pisa garam. Masala or pisi kaali. Mirch daal. Kar. Mix krlein or 5 min dum par rkhein then choola band krdein. Easy and delicious roast ready hai. :)))
