- Sab se pehle rice pani me dal k 2 ghantay chorh den.
- Ik alag bowl me 2 tbsp pil me 1 tbsp lehsan adrak paste, 1/2 packet tikka massala, 1/2 cup dahi, sirka 1 tsp, salt dal k paste bana len. usme chicken marinate kar den.aur fridge me rakh den 15-20 min k liye.
- Phir unko seekh pr laga kar koylon me saik k alag rakh den.
- Alag pateelay me oil me pyaz,tamatar,dahi,tikka masala add kar k masala bhunain.zaroorat pare to salt add krden.
- Phir isme jb oil uppar ajaye to chickn rakh den aur koylon se dhoni deden.
- Phir rice boil karen. pani me 1 tbsp sirka 1 tbsp salt dal k ubail len.Phir pani chaan len.
- Boil rice ki teh laga len jo masala taiyyar kar k rakha hai.
- Uppar se kehwrah assence me food color mila kr rice pe kahin kahin dal den.Biryani ko dam pr rakh den 10-15 min.
